Site Preparation
We clear the area of debris, sod, and obstacles, and grade the ground as needed to ensure a stable, level base. Proper prep is the foundation of curbing that stays put.
Custom-Blended Concrete Mix
We blend our concrete on-site to our own recipe — combining carefully graded sand with polymer additives for extra strength, flexibility, and freeze-thaw resistance. This custom-blended mix is engineered specifically for Minnesota's climate, so your curbing resists cracking, chipping, and heaving long after standard mixes would fail.
Concrete Forming & Pouring
Using our continuous-pour curbing machine, we extrude fresh concrete, 316 stainless steel cable and PVA fiber in a single seamless run along the marked path. This eliminates joints and weak points common with hand-formed methods.
Finishing & Detailing
While the concrete is still workable, we apply your chosen texture, stamp pattern, and color. Expansion cuts are made at regular intervals to control cracking and maintain a clean look.
